Peter Pagnutti is this year's winner of the John Prendergast Bridge Trophy. Peter earned 39 points by placing first, second, or third in each weekly competition. Challenging him were: Pegge Doyle, Joyce Waller, Chris Town, Stuart Tucker, Ceil Wasserman who held the second through sixth positions in the final standings. Rounding out the top ten positions were: JoAnn Kerrick, Cherylle Hird, Guy Norton, and John Young.
The John Prendergast Trophy honors John who was one of the organizers of the Tuesday group. The group is a co-ed group with players of various skill levels which plays Tuesdays at 12:30 in the Activity Center. If you would like to join the group, contact Jerry Kopec at 252-876-8040.
