New T'ai Chi Class started September 8

Beginning classes for new T'ai Chi group members started on September 8, 2022. The T'ai Chi group meets on Thursday mornings at 8:40 a.m. in the Community Center. The hour-long sessions begin with a short workout of Qi Gong exercises, followed by T'ai Chi. All participants are expected to wear masks.

T'ai Chi Ch'uan is a slow, low impact exercise, concentrating on developing flexibility, balance, breath control, focus, and memory. All are welcome.
