GARDEN CLUB YARD OF THE MONTH
The Yard of the Month Committee for Fairfield Harbour Garden Club has chosen 915 Bee Tree Court the exceptional Yard of the Month for October, 2024. Jeff and Kris Thompson are the homeowners, just moving into their home a little over one year ago.
Looking at the front of their home, you see a beautifully manicured lawn and all of the gardens are beautifully edged. On either side of the driveway are rock gardens with Lantana and Mandevilla. On either side of the garage door are beautiful potted mum plants. The front of their house is just bursting with fall colors going up the stairs to the front porch. The
center of the yard has a beautiful garden with assorted perennials and shrubs and some mum plants planted throughout.
The garden to the right has beautiful Canna’s both red and yellow. Both Jeff and Kris enjoy working in their yard. They try using deer resistant plant varieties to keep damage to a minimum.
