The Yard of the Month Committee for Fairfield Harbour Garden Club has chosen 5904 Gondolier Drive as the exceptional Yard of the Month for July 2023. Kevin and Linda Heydell are the homeowners, just moving into their new home one year ago.
Looking at the front of their home, you see a beautifully manicured lawn with healthy Bermuda grass. There are two large island areas with Crepe Myrtle trees and yellow lantana flowers bringing out a colorful contrast to the yard. Close to the home are several small shrubs well trimmed and in the front yard close to the driveway are several planters with gorgeous geraniums.
Both Linda and Kevin enjoy working in their yard. They try using deer resistant plant varieties to keep damage to a minimum.
