On Wednesday, October 4, the Fairfield Harbour Pickleball Club league players competed in matches against players from Carolina Colours. The matches were held at the Swansboro Recreation Center. All matches were best two out of three, play to 11, win by 2 points.
In the first match, Ray Morrone and Dave Crawford were defeated 2-11, 1-11. Rick Finlayson and Matt Esmacher won the second match 11-3, 11-5. Sheila Kahrimanian and Leigh Butler defeated their opponents 11-7, 11-7.
The team from Fairfield Harbour is currently in 2nd place in the league with one match remaining.
