Honey Glazed Salmon, seared salmon with garlic, ginger honey glaze, served with rice and vegetable.
Shrimp Alfredo served over linguine.
Chicken Pomegranate, roasted and braised bone in chicken breast and thigh in pomegranate juice, honey, red onion and garlic, served with rice and vegetables
This will include a salad choice of entrée and dessert.
Dessert options are Chocolate lava cake or Raspberry Lemon Drop.
