You may have noticed in a recent Friday update that we have some new faces at The Pointe. In case you missed it, here's a quick introduction to three new additions to the wonderful staff.
Meet Augustus Fleming,
New Food and Beverage Manager
Augustus comes to us from right down the road at Northwest Creek Marina. His vast experience as a chef and ability to help where needed will be a great asset to The Pointe. His most recent job was
Food Service Director at Camp Don Lee. He's been in the restaurant business for as long as he can remember and has served every role possible in a restaurant. He's even worked at one of the top
restaurants in the world in downtown Manhattan. We're excited to have Augustus on board, so please welcome him when you see him in the restaurant.
Meet Amanda Walker,
Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Amanda has recently accepted a promotion to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. We're excited to transition her into this new role. I'm sure most of you have already met Amanda, as she's been with us for about three years now. Her experience in the Front of the House operations will be vital going forward. She has such a bright personality and takes a lot of pride in what she does. Please congratulate Amanda next time you see her in the restaurant.
Meet Eric Cabingas,
Head Chef
Eric has been with us for a little over a year now. He's recently accepted a promotion to become our Head Chef. He does a great job directing the back of the house operations and takes great pride in what comes out of the kitchen. Eric does a great job behind the scenes, coming up with new specials and creating new menu items. Please congratulate him next time you see him in the restaurant.
