Today’s competition resulted in a three-way tie, with net scores of 70. In the subsequent playoff, which went to three holes, Cindy Pellegrini earned the March ACE title.
Congratulations to flight winners: First flight, 1st Place, Jackie Hice; 2nd Place, Stephanie Eldreth. Second Flight, 1st Place, Cindy Pellegrini; 2nd Place, Dawn Ritter. Third Flight, 1st Place, Barbara Walsh, 2nd Place Nancy Zetelski.

MAGNOLIA CUP STATRACKER – SEASON 2 – OPENING ROUND
by Cheryl Furman
Joy Harsen starts out with a bang. She scored the first ever Bunker Hole Out since we started StaTracker last year. Plus she had 8 pars, a birdie, a poley and a chip in, she tops out the list with 91 points.
Not to be diminished, Sue Layton scored an eagle on Hole # 2. With 6 pars, a poley and a chip in, she ends up in 2nd with 77 points to start the season.
Other notables for this first round include Nancy Robinson getting the only Sandy.
Penny Sullivan also had a chip in, plus she had a Dodge Sweep scoring on all 6 qualifying holes.
Barb Walsh also had Dodge Sweep.
Jackie Hice topped out the Birdie list with 3. Not too shabby.
And Putting Pelligrini scored the most poleys. FOUR!

Tee off from 200 on all but par
Everybody got at least one par today, maybe because of the shortened game, but I say get your luck when you can.

Hole#3 — Cindy Pellegrini
Hole #6 -- Stephanie Eldreth
Hole #9 — Kathy Fuller
Hole #11 — Nancy Zetelski
Hole #17 — Dawn Ritter
