On Wednesday, October 4th the HPGC Men's Golf Association held a 4 man scramble tournament. The event was managed and scored by Tom Caruso. Tom is a tireless volunteer for the MGA and does a great job with these events.
The foursome of Tim Welch, Wayne Bedenbaugh, Bob Stewart and Mark Carmichael captured 1st place with a score of -10, 2nd place at -9 was the team of Dave Fahrmeier, Gus Villanova, Keith Swan and Ed Edmondson, 3rd place was group of Tom Caruso, Dave Lange, Johnny Harrell and Ken Plantin at -7.
The Golf course is in fantastic condition. Thank you to Chris Dunn and his teammates for all their hard work. Also, thanks to "Raffle Man" Stan Koonce for running the raffle on tournament weeks.
We had a field of 24 players. Thanks to all who participated in this event.
