Phase Two of the Fairfield Harbour Signage rebranding is underway. Shortly, you will see six old signs removed and updated with the new logo and refreshed graphics. One new directional sign will be constructed at the corner of Caracara and Cassowary Lane.
The new signs, displaying the new logo, are a wayfinding tool for new residents, timeshare visitors, and new businesses. They increase brand awareness and promote our amenities, restaurant, and golf course to those outside of the community as well. Signage has four purposes: promoting, identifying, providing information and giving direction, and raising awareness.
