With the combined efforts of the volunteer auxiliary and staff at Carolina East Medical Center (294), the residents of Fairfield Harbour (74), and a generous Pittsburgh native (25), 393 pairs of flip-flops will be delivered to RCS tomorrow morning. As in the past, I'm sure they will be most pleased as this donation assists many of those in need.
This number far exceeded my goal of 200+ pairs, and I am most grateful.
