Transportation can be a problem for some in our community. CARTS (Craven Area Rural Transit System) is an ongoing service provided to all New Bern communities that is underutilized here in FH. We will have an informational meeting in the Community Center on January 17th at 3 pm. Kelly Walker, the CARTS Director, and Commissioner Tom Mark will speak about the county's services.
